Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Embassys: the website, the apps, and the connection you add to an AI assistant. By using Embassys you agree to them.

To confirm: the legal entity that offers Embassys, and the law and courts that apply.

Who can use Embassys

You need an account to connect your own accounts or to ask others for information. To confirm: the minimum age, and whether sign-up is open to everyone at launch.

Your accounts and what you share

• You decide which accounts to connect, which requests to approve, which parts to share and for how long. Only approve what you are entitled to share and happy for the other person to keep.
• Once information has been shared, the person who asked, their assistant and the company that runs it may keep it. Embassys cannot take it back.
• When you let an assistant send an email or add an event for you, you are responsible for what is sent in your name.
• Your use of Google, Microsoft and other connected services is also governed by their terms.

Asking others

• Ask only for what you need, and give your real reason.
• Do not use Embassys to pressure, harass or mislead anyone, or to ask again after someone has declined or blocked you.
• Do not use what you receive for anything the owner did not approve.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Embassys: no attempts to get information without approval, to get around limits, blocks or rate limits, to break or overload the service, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may limit, suspend or close an account that does.

The service

Embassys is new and will change. Some features are marked as beta or coming soon, and we may add, change or remove features. We work to keep it running and your information safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Ending

You can stop using Embassys at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, with notice where we can.
